Mini-apps
Cards that open into small, single-purpose apps from Messages.
Some things are better as a screen than as a sentence. When that is true, Air sends a card in Messages that opens into a mini-app — a small, focused view for one job. Tap, act, and you are back in the thread.
The built-in set
| Mini-app | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | Your first-run tour. Comes back whenever you ask. |
| Home | A glance at everything: what needs you, what Air is working on. |
| Kanban | A board for a project. Share the link and others can move cards too. |
| To-do | A simple list Air keeps up to date from the thread. |
| Calendar | Your week, with holds Air proposed and events you approved. |
| Inbox | Air's email mailbox: threads and drafts pending approval. |
| People (CRM) | Who Air knows, how much it trusts them, and recent contact. |
| Computer | A live view of your Air's machine. |
| Connect | Link and unlink the apps Air can use on your behalf. |
| Vault | Passwords and secrets Air may use for you, never shown in chat. |
| Pay and Shop | Approve a payment or a purchase Air has lined up. |
| Image and Video | Review and pick from generated options. |
| Analytics, Ads, Buzz, Persona | Wave features for creators: performance, campaigns, social, voice. |
| Settings and Feedback | Preferences, and a direct line to us. |
You do not have to remember any of these. Air opens the right one when it is useful, and you can always ask — "show me the board", "open the calendar".
Sharing a mini-app
Some mini-apps, like Kanban and To-do, can be shared. Ask Air for a link and send it to a collaborator; they can view and edit that one board without any access to your thread, files, or anything else. Revoke it any time.
How links work
Mini-app links are short-lived and scoped to exactly one thing. Opening a board link gets you that board and nothing more. If a link is old or has been shared onward, it simply stops working and Air can issue a fresh one.
Kept separate on purpose
Mini-apps run on their own web address, apart from the main Air app where you sign in. That separation is deliberate: even if a mini-app had a bug, it could not reach your signed-in session, your history, or your inbox. It only ever sees the one board, list, or draft it was opened for.
In the web app too
Every mini-app is also available at app.wzrd.tech with a bigger screen. Same data, same approvals; nothing you do in one place is missing from the other.
